CBNNews.com - Southern Baptists, the largest Christian denomination in the U.S., are putting together a massive pre-election prayer vigil.

Southern Baptist churches will be praying for 40 days before voters head to the polls. The upcoming vigil is slated to begin September 24 and end on November 2.

The daily prayers are asking for: God's guidance in voting, the election of more godly Christians and for public officials to be protected from Satan's attacks.
